Returns and Refunds Policy

You may request a refund in any of the following circumstances: 

  1. you have received expired products

  2. items are missing from your bill

  3. an item is damage

  4. there is a difference between the online price and what you have been charged.

If you have received an expired or damaged item or an item is missing, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within the first 24hrs of purchase and you will be entitled to a refund or credit note. Please send an email to to notify us that you want to return the item or missing item, quoting your name and order reference number. (Please note that for expired, damaged or missing items, proof of the error is required). 


We refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price they were purchased. This includes discounts given and a pro-rata rate for bundled items.
